By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service; which may change at any point in time without warning.
Until your commission request has been accepted, I as the artist do not owe you anything.
ETA ranges from a couple of days to a couple weeks depending on how many comms are in the queue, my work schedule, and life events.
I have the right to decline any commission and am not obligated to provide a reason for doing so.
Customers are required to fill out the commission form. This form will be sent to you after the inquiry is received, or you may find the form, in the menu section!
If there is a deadline, that must also be discussed before the payment is sent, otherwise I will work at my usual pace and in whatever queue I currently have. Deadlines will have roughly a %50 of the full price charge.
I do not begin working until I receive payment in full. The only time I will accept a down payment/payment plan is for a larger project.
I will send sketches of my work before going onto line art, colouring, etc. I only show sketches unless requested to show other stages of progress.
If you want something completely different after the commission is done, you will not receive a refund. It may even cost you extra if I see fit.
Any edits to my work are to be done with my permission only.
I will only accept a visual reference, for most commissions. If you do not have a reference, discuss it with me beforehand and we can work something out.

I will only accept payment in USD.
PLEASE DON'T PUT YOUR ADDRESS. This is because PayPal will require me to use a tracking number and that isn't necessary!
I do not accept any alternate forms of payment. This includes Venmo, digital currency, NFTs/Crypto, Gift cards, etc.

Changes requested upon sketch approval request will be free of charge unless they are excessive.
Full refunds are issued ONLY IF no work has been completed. Alternate refund options vary from 25% to %75 depending on the amount of work completed.
Limited changes can be made after sketch approval for free, charges will vary from that point depending on the changes requested.
If a mistake is made on my part, I will fix it free of charge.
Once the Commission is finished, there will be no refund! This means if you want something entirely different you will have to purchase a new piece.

I retain the rights to every piece I create and I will not transfer the rights.
Purchase of commercial rights is an option, but please discuss it with me beforehand. I still must be credited for the creation of the piece.
Unless specified to do otherwise, I will post the commissions to any websites I use to showcase my art. These include but are not limited to DeviantArt, Instagram, and Twitter.
You are not allowed to post my work on your profile, if you'd like it posted, and I haven't yet, give me a gentle reminder. The only exception is if commercial rights have been purchased, but credit must still be given.

If you resell an adoptable, please tell me who you sold it to so I know who the current owner is.
If you resell the adoptable (without any additional art or information, just my design) then please don’t resell it for a price that’s higher than what I sold it for. If there’s additional stuff, please tell me what the current price is.
When you buy an adoptable from me, you can decide on gender, sexuality, personality, story, etc, and you can use it almost any way you want, except for commercial use.
You're allowed to commission drawings of the adoptable you’ve bought.
Buying an adoptable means you have read these rules and consent to crediting me for the original design.
I can do holds on adopts for up to 72 hours for newer customers, but up to a week for frequent buyers.
